Volunteers
Our club can't exist without it's volunteers! We are an entirely volunteer organization. The only people that get paid are the First Tuesday Night headliner bands. All other tasks are done by members who have offered to pitch in and make sure that bluegrass and folk music stays alive and well in San Diego. If you would like to volunteer, we would love to put you to work! We need people right now to help with
- set up and take down at events
- membership drives
- greeting of guests
- fundraising
- scholarship committee
- promotions
- solicitation of ads
- booths at community events
- submission of newsletter articles
- mailing of newsletters (pick up, stuff, label, etc)
- raffles and drawings
Right now much of the work of the club is being done by a handful of people. If you can help even just a little it would really benefit the club, and you'll have fun and meet people too! Thank you for your support - because of you we can keep offering great music events!
