The Bluegrass Bands & Helping Hands organization will host a CD release party at the historic Dalton Freight Depot on Saturday July 24th in Downtown Dalton Georgia. The release party will feature live musical performance by Earl Brackin (7pm) and Lou Wamp with Bluetastic Fangrass (8pm). The event is from 7:00 pm to 9:00pm with doors opening at 6:30 pm. Banjo picker Willie Cullen Galyean passed away Tuesday, July 13 at the Golden Living Center. He was 71. He played many instruments but loved the banjo. He was known in the bluegrass music community as a member of the Foot Hills Boys. Tony Rice Teams Up with Mountain Heart for Raleigh Concert
